We are looking for talented and motivated researchers with at least 3 years (Quantitative/Qualitative) experience to join our team. You should have previous exposure to market research or experience working on social research in government, academia or at a non-profit.

We are looking for talented and motivated researchers with at least 3 years (Quantitative/Qualitative) experience to join our team. You should have previous exposure to market research or experience working on social research in government, academia or at a non-profit.

We’re also looking for people who have specialised capabilities suited to polling and research. This includes statistics, marketing sciences, analytics, brand communications, digital media, modern history and politics.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Account Management
    • Assist manager in day to day communications with client (e.g. prepare fieldwork update, draft meeting notes)
    • Prepare presentations for client pitches and project tenders that addresses clients’ needs including desk research, collate cost from various parties etc independently
    • Analyse and summarise research observations to produce insightful recommendations that address clients’ business needs and present to clients’ working committee.
  • Project management
    • Manage the process of research design and fieldwork preparation (e.g. logistics, troubleshooting), performs quality check to ensure accuracy and manage timeline to ensure project complete on schedule independently.
    • Design research materials and prepare showcards, proofread research materials to ensure all materials are error free.
    • Able to conduct in-depth interviews and moderate focus groups independently.
    • Work closely with our data analysts to make sense of the data and produce insightful data visualizations for our reports.
  • Liaise with internal and external clients as well as vendors interaction at various project stages
  • People management
    • Play a role of buddy in helping research analysts to integrate into the team.
    • Able to provide guidance to research analysts on all aspects of project management to ensure accuracy and smooth delivery of project.

 

Job Qualifications/Skills

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher; business administration, psychology, history, economics, media/communications or political science
  • Strong statistical skills and at least some familiarity with SPSS [Quant]
  • Strong writing capabilities and ability to synthesise information accurately
  • Well organised and meticulous
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing deadlines and tasks.
  • Solution-oriented, proactive and team oriented.
  • Disciplined and self-motivated
  • Fast learner with the ability to pick up new skills on the job
  • Interest in current affairs
