A recent addition to the Blackbox family, Joyce offers over 8 years of market research experience.

She started her career with ACNielsen Philippines and moved to the Singapore office in search of even wider experience in the field of consumer research. She has solid training and extensive background on various consumer research studies including new product development, usage and attitude studies, online research, customer satisfaction research, among others.

Joyce holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics from the University of the Philippines.
