Research Manager/Senior Research Manager
The candidate must possess a good understanding of the market research process and be able to apply statistical knowledge including advanced statistical models to specific projects. He/She must be able to work independently as well as with a team of research professionals to provide the latest market information and insights to address clients’ ongoing and ad-hoc research needs.
Required skills:
Capability of working with minimum supervision; evidence of willingness to assume increasing levels of autonomy and responsibility
Commitment to high quality research standards
Ability to aid clients in understanding market theory, processes and practices
Have consistent strong communication skills both verbally and in written documents
Welcomes change; thrives on innovation
Research Analyst
The Research Analyst supports the Research Manager in all functions of the job. He/she would have responsibilities that include the following:
Produce outstanding results in all aspects of market research including problem definition, design, vendor and client management, data collection, data analysis, report writing and presentations
Able to assist in evaluating client briefs and prepare proposals that matches clients’ expectations for ad-hoc research studies
Self-motivated and keen interest to keep oneself updated on industry trends and developments in the general consumer /business markets
Ability to apply knowledge of statistical tools and models, communications models, etc to specific research projects is a plus
Able to innovate while being thoroughly grounded in analytical thinking and research technique is also a plus
